The hotel also has to demonstrate housekeeping excellence for two consecutive inspections and be free of complaints from AAA members. With the pandemic still surging in many parts of the country, AAA hasn't done their annual inspections this year, but offers suggestions for ensuring the hotels on their 2019 list are still up to snuff and doing everything they can to ensure guest safety.
