As the UK enters the autumn season, it might be time to explore an inland town instead of spending time at the coast. Luckily, the expert team at Which? Travel have named the best UK inland staycation destinations.<\/p>\n
Although Wells took the top spot on the UK-wide list, a stunning spot was named the best destination in Wales.<\/p>\n
Llangollen, which sits on the banks of the River Dee in Denbighshire, topped the list in Wales.<\/p>\n
The town got an amazing five out of five stars for scenery and attractiveness. Those high ratings are hardly surprising as Llangollen sits on the edge of the Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Beauty.<\/p>\n
