Travel Leaders Network has partnered with Travel Research Online to bring an AI solution, TobyAI, to members.

TobyAI is an AI engine with the capability of helping travel advisors with a variety of tasks — crafting itineraries, drafting new biographies for lead-generation tool Agent Profiler, writing correspondence and curating social media posts.

With TobyAI, advisors can choose which generative AI service they want to use — OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Anthropic’s Claude or Google’s Bard — based on the task they are performing and personal preference. They will also have access to DALL-E 3, ChatGPT’s tool that generates images.

“We are big believers that AI can be helpful when creating marketing materials and can improve efficiencies for members so they can concentrate on selling and servicing clients,” said Stephen McGillivray, chief partner marketing officer at Internova Travel Group, Travel Leaders’ parent company.

“While nothing will ever replace the human expertise that travel advisors bring to the table, it is important that our industry embraces the ways AI can streamline work and help advisors run their agencies,” he added. “We’re always looking for ways to innovate and this tool does exactly that.”
